Jan-Willem studied law at the University of Leiden. He has over 25 years of experience as legal and general counsel and worked for companies like Philips, Boskalis and Schiphol airport. With a broad experience in the field of corporate law and management of legaldepartments, he is now founder and director of LexIQ Legal Services. Jan-Willem is also member of the Supervisory Board of lawfirm Pels Rijcken.

Lisette studied Dutch corporate law at the Free University of Amsterdam and international law at Amsterdam University, International Law at the University of Amsterdam with additional half years in both Bologna and Moscow. She has over 30 years of experience as legal and general counsel and in the past worked for companies like Philips, Wegener Arcade and Tebodin. Lisette has extensive experience in international contracting, corporate law, IP, competition law and distribution/franchise matters and a sound commercial understanding, making her the perfect legal sparring partner to C-Level entrepreneurs.

Rosanne studied law at the University of Leiden. Over the past 15 years she has worked as a consultant and legal counsel, gaining experience in the fields of corporate law, legal operations, human resources, and intellectualproperty. Today she advises clients on practical legal solutions that help their organizations operate efficiently and compliantly.

Miranda studied law at the University of Groningen and Tilburg University. She has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer, legal and general counsel. She worked at the lawfirms Linkaters LLP and Rutgers & Posch N.V. and “in-house” at Flow Traders. She has a broad experience in the field of (structured) finance, governance, corporate law, financial regulation and commercial contracting and worked in listed and DNB/AFM regulated environments.

Anouk studied Legal Tech & Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Leiden and obtained her master's degree in Corporate Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has over 4 years of experience in legal technology andlegal operations. As Legal Counsel at LexIQ Legal Services, she advises companies in various industries on corporate law and commercial contracting, and supports them in structuring and optimizing their legal operations.

Jacobien studied law at Leiden University, with specialization business law. Jacobien is a seasoned international business lawyer with 30+ years of experience as inhouse-counsel with KLM and Philips and since 2017 as independent legal counsel and fractional GC. Expertise in a wide range of legal issues, including (international) contracting, M&A, outsourcing, joint ventures, alliances, (strategic) co-operations, technology transfer and corporate and health care governance.

In recent years focussing on impact lawyering and alternative governance models, such as steward ownership and nature inclusive governance. Co-author of the first legal template of the Onboarding Nature Toolkit and the chapter on nature inclusive governance in the recent Wolters Kluwer Corporate Sustainability publication. Member of the board of the Dutch initiative Lawyers for a Sustainable World.

Frans studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He has a longstanding and demonstrated presence in the maritime and technical industry. His focus is on cyber and non-cyber related resilience and bringing (technical) formats from conceptual phase into operational reality by tailormade legal frameworks. He is at his best in a position which combines legal expertise with hands-on coordinating skills including understanding implications for technical systems.

Carine is a Senior Legal Counsel with over 10 years of experience gained as an attorney-at-law at international law firm Simmons & Simmons and as legal counsel for leading organizations, including HEMA and Trust International.

Her expertise includes commercial contracting, general terms and conditions, supplier, distribution and agency relationships, B2B and B2C business models, e-commerce and consumer law, lease law, and the design and implementation of legal operations and governance frameworks.

Renée studied law at the Utrecht University. She has over a decade of experience as an attorney, spanning top-tier law firms like Baker McKenzie and De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek as well as in-house roles. With broad experience in the field of commercial litigation, contract law and privacy, she is founder of Legal-Nomad.

Noraly studied law in Utrecht and Amsterdam. She started her career in 2015 as an employment lawyer at an international law firm, where she gained extensive experience in advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters. In 2022, Noraly transitioned to the role of legal counsel, combining here expertise in Dutch employment law with contract law. Noraly handles her cases with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, while paying close attention to her clients’ interests.
